TRAINING
What we offer and how we convey it
Training
We deeply believe in the Value of skills transmission and continuing education as a basic tool for navigating this complexity without sinking. It is the responsibility of each of us, to share our knowledge with others, to realize thezing a collective intelligence appropriate to the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Accelerated) world in which we find ourselves. This is an opportunity to grow as individuals and adapt better and better to an ever-changing environment.

Contact us and let’s talk….
What we offer and why
The general purpose of DAIMON COACHING training courses is, on one hand, to allow you to develop strategic skills that are essential today and can be used in your personal and professional life, such as active listening, empathy, effective communication, creativity, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning, etc. On the other hand, the purpose is to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to become a successful professional coach and offer your clients the necessary support to achieve their personal and professional goals through the coaching process.
With DAIMON COACHING, you have the opportunity to design a personalized and modular “à la carte” program, which allows you to decide step by step the steps to take, based on what you have learned and understood about yourself along the way, and based on what you feel able to sustain in terms of both time and money commitment. In this way, even if you decide to interrupt the path or take a break to assimilate what you have learned, nothing will be lost because you can add the missing parts later without having to attend what has already been done again. However, if you wish to retrace the previous steps, you can do so without additional costs. The knowledge and skills acquired will be assimilated over time, and you can capitalize on them as you see fit and at your own pace, in order to build, in full awareness, the life project you wish to realize.

How do we convey it
Learning the art of coaching is not just about acquiring a technique or a process, but it involves the evolution of oneself as individuals, expanding our “self” to authentically and “cleanly” embrace the Other. It is a simple and difficult journey at the same time because the knowledge to be learned is few, but there is a vast ocean between knowing them and being able to apply them, mostly made up of personal development and concrete experience.
To master the art of coaching, we rely on a reference model developed by Dr. Ciancio called “I CARE YOU” (see paragraph below). It is a conceptual framework that contains the most functional elements to develop the art of active listening and maieutic dialogue. The teaching methodology and content draw inspiration and insight from Robert Fritz’s technologies for creating, cognitive and affective social neuroscience, humanistic psychology, Rogers’ non-directive approach, Jungian archetypes and Greek mythology, communication pragmatics, and the power of language (internal and external) as an activator of change processes.
The training program also includes a comprehensive overview of the history of coaching internationally and its evolution in various intervention contexts and different methodological approaches. At the advanced level, the course includes a section entirely devoted to the coaching business and building one’s own professional activity.

THE “I CARE YOU” MODEL BY DAIMON COACHING
the “I CARE YOU” model by Daimon Coaching is based on the concept of CARE, in the sense of taking care of oneself, others, and one’s environment. The model is grounded in the belief that each human being is unique and has a mission (Life Purpose) to fulfill in life, with the support of their “Daimon,” which is their innate talent and ability to realize the life they have chosen. To achieve this purpose and create a fulfilling life, individuals must first care for this mission, and take care of themselves and others, day by day.
Each letter, both in Care (C-A-R-E) and in I Care You (I-C-A-R-E-U), represents a concept and essential skill for a master coach, but we don’t want to spoil the surprise revealing the full model here! If you are interested, you can learn more about the model by participating in one of the DAIMON COACHING training programs.
